Known problems and solutions









Welcome to the customer support area. Most of our customer support relies on efficient use of the internet. For paying customers, Symphony EDA will not hesitate using the phone as soon as it becomes necessary. However, we wish for the first contact to be in one of the ways described below. There are a few different ways you can get technical support. Please read the following to determine which method is best for your current need.

  • You have a general or administrative question about our company, products, website, etc. If this was not already answered by our FAQ, please visit our suggestion box.
  • You would like to read our known-problems-and-solutions that lists issues that have not yet been solved but may have workarounds that may suit your needs.
  • You would like to report a bug: There may already be an update available that fixes the bug (please download the latest version). Having failed to find a solution, you can use our online bug reporting mechanism to the report bug that you may have encountered. In most cases, Symphony EDA responds your issue in less than a day (working day).
